Ginger Rogers Centennial!

Friday, July 15th, 2011

Happy 100th birthday, Ginger Rogers! Tomorrow (July 16, 2011) marks Ginger’s centennial, and I’ve written an article to celebrate it for the movies channel on Crosswalk.com.

The article focuses on Ginger’s faith. As much as I enjoy Ginger’s films, the story of her life is even more inspirational. Hope you enjoy the article!

People Turning Into Angels?

Tuesday, July 12th, 2011

Check out the new profiles of famous archangels I’m featuring this week on my About.com site:

* Moroni, an angel of revelation
* Metatron, an angel of life; and
* Sandalphon, an angel of music and prayer

What these three angels have in common is that some people believe they started out as human beings and later transformed into angels. Members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (Mormons) say that Moroni once lived as a person of that same name, while those who practice Kabbalah (the mystical branch of Judaism) say that Metatron was once the prophet Enoch, and Sandalphon was once the prophet Elijah.

Do you believe that it’s possible for people to turn into angels? My article “Can People Become Angels After Death?” explores this issue.

This week, I’m also featuring an article on the famous Hindu “milk miracles.”

Hope you enjoy these new articles! As always, if God has blessed you with a miraculous answer to prayer or an angelic encounter, please consider writing the story down and emailing it to me at: angels.guide@about.com. I’ll post it on the site to inspire readers!
