Angels and Miracles Onscreen

Monday, August 22nd, 2011

The relaxing days of August can be a great time to catch up on some movies or TV shows you’ve been wanting to see, but haven’t made time to watch before. That’s why I’ve been profiling some movies and TV shows about angels and miracles on my About.com site: http://angels.about.com

Hope you enjoy the articles — and the movies and shows you choose to watch!

Also, if you enjoy the site, please follow me on Twitter or visit the site’s forum to discuss what you read. And, as always, I look forward to reading any stories of angelic encounters or miraculous experiences from your life that you’d like to share with the site’s readers. You can reach me at: angels.guide@about.com

Blessings,
Whitney

Praying to Angels Versus Praying to God Alone

Wednesday, August 10th, 2011

Many people agree that angels are God’s messengers to human beings. But the issue of whether or not people should pray to angels is a controversial one. Check out my new article about it on About.com!

I’m also on Twitter now. You can follow me there at: http://twitter.com/AngelsMiracles

As always, I’m looking for readers’ stories of encounters with angels or miraculously answered prayers. They can be short, and I’ll edit them for clarity so you don’t have to worry about spending a lot of time writing them. If you haveĀ  a story you’d like to share, please email it to me (in the body of the email rather than as an attachment) at: angels.guide@about.com

Famous Archangel Profiles and Miracle Quotes

Tuesday, August 2nd, 2011

Just back from a great trip to California to see the Redwood and Giant Sequoia trees. Check out my latest blogs about it on About.com!

This week I’m finishing up my series of profiles on famous archangels. Read about: Jeremiel (the angel of hopeful visions and dreams), Tzaphqiel (the angel of understanding and compassion), Raziel (the angel of mysteries), Haniel (the angel of joy), Ariel (the angel of nature), Ridwan (the angel of paradise), and those archangels that are unfortunately associated with hell: Malik and Lucifer.

I’ve also posted two new articles featuring quotes about the nature of miracles and how to seek miracles.

Please send in your stories of angelic encounters and miraculous experiences (which can be as simple as answered prayers) to me at angels.guide@about.com. Looking forward to reading them!

Blessings,
Whitney
